Heat Sealer VHIB Mk III – With Cutter
VHIB III cutter benchtop impulse heat sealers are equipped with an adjustable sealing timer, user-friendly round handle for arm operation, and a convenient sliding cutter for flawless results.
200C & 400C have a 2mm seal width and an handle a seal thickness of 2 x 150um.
205C & 305C models have sleek 5mm seal width, they can handle a seal thickness of 2 x 300 microns, providing flexibility & versatility for sealing different sized product.
The 209C model boasts a broader seal width of 10mm – surpassing the 200C and 205C models – and a robust power rating of 1000w, it delivers enhanced performance and efficiency.

VHIF Mark III Pedestal Heat Sealers
Pedestal Heat Sealer VHVD
The Venus VHVD is an adjustable head impulse sealer. This heat sealer sits on a pedestal stand and the sealing head can be adjusted in order to more efficiently and effectively seal bags of unique shapes, or of significant weight. The sealing head can be rotated and set in 5 different positions, from horizontal to vertical, to suit a variety of packaging applications and conveyor systems. The VHVD comes complete with seal time control, foot pedal and tray. The VHVD model is available in various seal lengths and seal widths of 5mm or 10mm.

VHIB III 300MC & 305MC impulse heat sealers have similar features to the VHIB III 300 & 305 models but add another level of convenience with its built-in sliding cutter, providing an effortless and efficient sealing process. It also boasts magnetic hold-down – a built in magnet which holds the arm down during the heating cycle and only releases the arm once the cooling cycle is complete. The magnet aids in achieving a consistently high-quality seal, due to the controlled timing of a cycle, and therefore longer life of your heat sealer.

What’s the best way to package food for retailers?
If you have any last minute pre-Christmas packaging concerns, consider some of the following machines and practices to ensure your product looks right and gets to its destination in one piece!
Shrink-a-pack – is good for large or small, straight edged products, although also effective on odd shaped items. Easy and very quick to use and comes in a variety of widths to suit you packing needs.
