Excellent service and a very knowledgable team. I saw what I needed on the website and called them, they confirmed the machine was in stock so I bought it and received it the next day! Shipping was included which is always a bonus.

We bought a Double Element Pedestal Heat Sealer from Venus packaging recently. One of the accountant executives Ana Otene I dealt with was very friendly and proactively provided me with product details. Her email replies were quick and comprehensive. Turnaround was impressive. I bought a heat sealer here for $275 and only used it for 6 months occassionally and the teflon strip has already melted with smoke coming out of the sealer. As a result I have been experiencing a tight chest and throat.. I called Venus and they said it wasn't covered under warranty.
I bought $30 heat sealers on ebay before and they lasted me a year before this happened with constant use. They even included free set of teflon strips without me asking. When I had an issue with the sealer they even sent me a new one to replace it.
I can't believe the lack of customer care at Venus especially since I have paid almost 10 times the price. Their products don't last as long as cheaper ones and they want to charge for extra strips. I won't be buying from them again!

We have known and worked with Venus Packaging for many years now and they consistently supply quality products for our retail business. They supply us with everything from plastic bags to adhesive tapes, heat sealers, rubber bands ad tape dispensers. They are always reliable and the staff are great to!!
