This policy refers to orders made and paid for online only.
Prices quoted on the website
Prices quoted on the website are in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST. Prices can be updated without notice.
Standard Delivery Times
Australian Metropolitan delivery :1-3 days (Perth & Darwin 4-7 days)
Regional delivery: rural and regional deliveries take between 2 and 10 days.
Delivery is by our nominated carrier, and they are unable to deliver to P.O Boxes.
In-store pick up
If you have requested in-store pick up, you will be sent an email confirming your order is ready for pick-up and address details for collection.
Dispatching Your Order
If your order is placed by 10am (AEST) on a business day (excluding weekends and public holidays in Victoria) it will be dispatched on the same day. If your order is received after 10am we will dispatch it the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email stating your order is completed & a further email from our nominated carrier with tracking information.
Orders for incoming stock
If part of your order is sent, and the remainder is put on back order, any shipping charges will only be charged once. If your order is out of stock you will be sent an email with an expected date of delivery and asked whether you would like to wait for the delivery or whether you would like a refund on your purchase. Any refunds will be paid within 1-3 days of your requested refund.
Delivery Charges
Freight charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Freight charges are calculated based on location and the weight of each order.
Order Tracking
Once we have dispatched your order you will receive an email with the tracking details from one of our freight partners. Please note with regional deliveries our freight partners work with local carriers in the area and sometimes tracking information can be delayed in reaching you.
Venus Packaging Returns Policy – Online Orders only
Change or cancellation of order
If you wish to make changes or cancel your order after you have purchased product/s online, but before you have received them, please make contact through admin@venuspack.com.au and we will discuss any available options with you.
Please note that special and custom orders cannot be returned or refunded, or cancelled after the order has been placed. This includes orders of spare parts, and custom printed tape.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from date of delivery of your order to return a product. Any products returned must be in original condition, undamaged (including the packaging) and in resaleable condition.
The buyer is responsible for paying for the costs of returning the product to us, and these will not be refunded.
You must provide a satisfactory proof of purchase, usually the tax invoice you were issued at the time of purchase. To initiate a return from a product purchased online email admin@venuspack.com.au and someone will return your email within 24 hours and explain the returns process. Once the product/s have been received back by us, and your return has been approved, you will be refunded within 3 business days.
Warranties
All packaging machinery is covered by warranty. Warranty periods are detailed on individual products as listed on our website. Our warranties are designed to cover replacement of machine componentry or parts, but they do not cover consumable parts such as elements and PTFE strips.
Faulty Goods Return
If goods are found to be defective or faulty (as determined by the manufacturer or Venus Packaging) we are happy to offer refund, replacement, or product repair. You must provide proof of purchase and explain why you believe that the product is faulty. Please initiate this by contacting admin@venuspack.com.au and we will assist you through the process.
