How can I determine which spare parts kit is suitable for my machine model?
Most of our spare parts kits are machine dependant, so it’s important that you’re sure of the model you have so that you get the correct kit. For example, if you have a VHIB/III 400C, you’ll want the corresponding kit as it will have the correct length Teflon and Element Wire.
Can I order individual spare parts instead of a full kit?
You can order individual spare parts through our Service Department. Our technicians have a comprehensive and detailed technical knowledge of our packaging machines.
