I'm very impressed with Venus Packaging. Their sales representative, Peter, replied to my emails in a prompt and friendly manner, ensuring the process of purchasing an Impulse heat sealer was an easy one. I have bought from Venus 3 times since the Victorian lockdown started, and their products are of high quality and the customer service is really great. The sales staff explained my packaging options really well over the phone which allowed us to make an informed (and cost-effective!) decision on what was best for our company. We supply a broad range of PP strapping, being used mainly in automatic and semi-automatic strapping machines. PP strapping is a good choice for use in automatic strapping machines due to it's low break strength.
