We have been using Venus Packaging for 8 years now for our cake manufacturing business in Richmond. We recently reviewed some different shrink wrappers and decided on Venus Uni H25 as the customer service from beginning to end was easily the best. I spoke with the sales team, organised a demo the next day, where we brought 2 of our products to be shrink wrapped so we could see how they looked. Ended up purchasing the next day. I purchased my heat sealer from Venus 4 years to use in my cookie business! Best investment ever! Hasn’t skipped a beat after being used numerous times a week! I’ve needed to replace the heat strip once only because I melted a bag that wasn’t meant to be used on it. Getting a replacement part was quick & easy.
