My bench top heat sealer is fabulous! I wasn’t sure which model to buy so I called them and was given all the info I needed to buy the right one for my small business. The sales person I spoke to was really helpful. Heat sealer arrived the day after I ordered it. Recommend to everyone!

I purchased my heat sealer from Venus 4 years to use in my cookie business! Best investment ever! Hasn’t skipped a beat after being used numerous times a week! I’ve needed to replace the heat strip once only because I melted a bag that wasn’t meant to be used on it. Getting a replacement part was quick & easy.

I have bought from Venus 3 times since the Victorian lockdown started, and their products are of high quality and the customer service is really great. The sales staff explained my packaging options really well over the phone which allowed us to make an informed (and cost-effective!) decision on what was best for our company. Feedwheel type tensioner, similar to No 24AC but with 240mm handle, wider base, gripper and feedwheel. The gripper and feedwheel act upon the full 19mm strap width to produce more efficient tensioning.
