Bag Neck Sealers
To seal produce placed in any form of plastic or polypropylene bags you will need a reliable tape and bag neck sealer. The VH4100 Bag Neck Sealer is perfect for this task. It features a high quality metal design and a bag top trimmer. Use it with our new PVC free Venhart 650 Bagging Tape. This eco-friendly tape fits seamlessly into the recycling stream with no need to separate the tape from the bag.
Netting Bags
Netting bags are widely used in markets to bag citrus, onions and other loose produce for distribution to retail greengrocers and supermarkets. To seal netting bags, customers can use a manual or automated system, starting with the VHTG Hand Clippers or the air assisted VR60 Hand Clippers. If you’re looking for something automatic, the P68E Automatic Net Clipping Machine is an ideal choice. The machine applies two clips; one closes the top of the filled bag and one closes the bottom of the next. It comes with a single chute but can come with an optional double chute to increase output.
Vacuum Packaging
For packing meats, cheese and small goods, vacuum packaging is an ideal option for professional presentation and to preserve freshness. In addition, vacuum packaging significantly increases the shelf life of food products. For low volume tasks, the VH529 Vacuum Sealer is an economical option and is very simple to use. Whereas, vacuum chambers such as the VH53H are perfect for higher volume tasks.
