VHS Mark III Constant Heat Sealers

The Venus Constant Heat Sealers are designed for thicker bags with higher melting points. These heat sealers fuse and seal bags using continuously heated sealing jaws (as compared to an impulse sealer where heating elements are not continuously heated). These direct heat sealers are ideal for sealing coated aluminum foils bags, kraft paper, cellophane, coated PP, barrier bags and other multi layer materials. Widely used in the coffee, powders, pharmaceutical and heath food industries for sealing tamper proof stand up pouches.

  Constant Heat Sealer VHS Mk III

  Premium Product

  

  The VHS Mark III features twin heated, fully earthed jaws, solid state electronics and an accurate temperature gauge to 200˚C. It produces a strong 15mm wide seal on polypropylene, cellulose, foil and foil laminate bags up to 2 x 250 microns thick.  These free-standing, pedestal mounted  heat sealers are also foot pedal operated for greater efficiency.

  Easy lever action constant heat sealer with temperature gauge. Top and bottom Teflon coated sealing jaws, both with safety guards. A beep sounds when seal complete. Seals polypropylene, cellulose, foil and laminate bags. Seal length 300mm, seal width 15mm, seal thickness up to 2 x 550um.
