Last week I purchased one of their VHIB Benchtop heat sealers online and some poly bags and I am really happy with both. The heat sealer is really solid and the bags work well for my doggie treats. Also ordered and dispatched the same day. 5 stars.

We have been using Venus Packaging for 8 years now for our cake manufacturing business in Richmond. We have purchased several of their sealing machines which we are still using to this day even though we have a flow wrap machine for bigger jobs.We also purchase pallet wrap and packing tape on a regular basis.The team at Venus are always happy and chatty and nothing is s problem. Thanks for your excellent service always.

We recently reviewed some different shrink wrappers and decided on Venus Uni H25 as the customer service from beginning to end was easily the best. I spoke with the sales team, organised a demo the next day, where we brought 2 of our products to be shrink wrapped so we could see how they looked. Ended up purchasing the next day. Our staff love the ease of use and efficiencies that our new wrapper has given us.

My bench top heat sealer is fabulous! I wasn’t sure which model to buy so I called them and was given all the info I needed to buy the right one for my small business. The sales person I spoke to was really helpful. Heat sealer arrived the day after I ordered it. Recommend to everyone!

I purchased my heat sealer from Venus 4 years to use in my cookie business! Best investment ever! Hasn’t skipped a beat after being used numerous times a week! I’ve needed to replace the heat strip once only because I melted a bag that wasn’t meant to be used on it. Getting a replacement part was quick & easy.

I'm very impressed with Venus Packaging. Their sales representative, Peter, replied to my emails in a prompt and friendly manner, ensuring the process of purchasing an Impulse heat sealer was an easy one. I placed my order at 4:50 on Friday evening and was extremely surprised and delighted to receive it on the following Monday.This sealer is a well-made product that does an excellent job.I highly recommend Venus Packaging.

As a small Business owner it is very challenging to find the right product. As we are price sensitive and look for the best quality option with 1,000 questions to ask. Great customer service, we've been looking for, "easy to use" ties for our fruit trees, Jamie was very helpful providing information and samples to help us decide, thank you. I have bought from Venus 3 times since the Victorian lockdown started, and their products are of high quality and the customer service is really great. The sales staff explained my packaging options really well over the phone which allowed us to make an informed (and cost-effective!) decision on what was best for our company. It was easy to collect (contactless arrangements) too. Also the machine techs / after sales service was spot on. Thanks guys.
