The Audion All In Horizontal Band Sealer is designed for sealing low profile flat bagged items. Simply feed the filled bags or pouches into the feeding guard and the conveyor moves the bags through the heating element, sealing the tops of the bags.  It has a 10mm seal width with a conveyor belt speed of up to 10 metres per minute. The conveyor and sealing head can tilt to 30 degrees and the conveyor belt speed is adjustable, to suit individual production runs. It is easily and quickly seals PE, PP, PVC, and layered bags and stand up pouches.
