I purchased my heat sealer from Venus 4 years to use in my cookie business! Best investment ever! Hasn’t skipped a beat after being used numerous times a week! I’ve needed to replace the heat strip once only because I melted a bag that wasn’t meant to be used on it. Getting a replacement part was quick & easy.

I have bought from Venus 3 times since the Victorian lockdown started, and their products are of high quality and the customer service is really great. The sales staff explained my packaging options really well over the phone which allowed us to make an informed (and cost-effective!) decision on what was best for our company. Our pedestal heat sealers easily seal polythene and polypropylene. In addition, covered element retainers provide operator safety and cleverly designed sealing jaws apply pressure evenly and efficiently. All models come with a timer, foot pedal and tray. This model comes with a printer.
