Product description

The Venus 1120AH Horizontal Band Sealer is a versatile continuous heat sealer that is suitable for sealing bags lying in a horizontal position. It is commonly used in food and medical/pharmaceutical packing industries. Bags or pouches travel through the heating element which seals the tops of the bags. The distance of the conveyor belt to the seal head can be adjusted to suit your packing needs and can accommodate a variety of bag sizes. The height of the unit can also be easily adjusted.

 

The 1120AH is easy to operate and has a fast warm up time. It features a solid state digital temperature controller that maintains the seal bars at a constant temperature for consistent seal quality. The belt speed can also be adjustable up to a maximum speed of 12 metres per minute. It also includes dry ink coding to allow for printing on the bags on the seal line.
