Product description

The Venus 1120AV Vertical Band Sealer is a versatile continuous heat sealer that features a robust stainless steel design. This sealer is suitable for sealing stand-up pouches, gusseted bags, sachets and barrier bags. It is ideal for sealing upright bags of coffee beans, powders, seeds, soil mix and loose product in general. Bags or pouches travel through the heating element which seals the tops of the bags. The height of the sealing head and conveyor belt can be adjusted to suit your packing needs and accommodate a variety of bag sizes.

 

The 1120AV is easy to operate and has a fast warm up time. It features a solid state digital temperature controller that maintains the seal bars at a constant temperature for consistent seal quality. The belt speed can also be adjustable with a maximum speed of up to 10 metres per minute. It also includes dry ink coding to allow for printing on the bags on the seal line.
