I bought the Heat Sealer VHIB Mk III – With Cutter. When purchasing, I had a lot of questions—I really wanted to make sure I got the right product. Gigi Sauyroop, Account Executive at Venus, provided exceptional service. She sent me videos of the machine in action, and I sent her actual samples of my bags, which she sealed and returned so I could review the final result.

The service experience—and now the product experience—has been great. The Heat Sealer VHIB Mk III is a pleasure to use: super quick, silent, and it produces a really professional seal.

I had been searching for a traditional reinforced Kraft paper tape and Venus came to the party with Venharts VG-803.

Perfect, I had to restore some rare old Hi-Fi equipment cartons and this was exactly what I needed, super strong and looked the part on the 1970's boxes.
I have also now used it to repair some large old framed paintings, high strength and excellent adhesion from a strong, water activated tape.
Great range of products and the friendly service from reception through to Chamal in sales, so glad I found Venus Hartung.

If you are strapping, gluing, taping or other packing you will want to talk to these guys.

Last week I purchased one of their VHIB Benchtop heat sealers online and some poly bags and I am really happy with both. The heat sealer is really solid and the bags work well for my doggie treats. Also ordered and dispatched the same day. 5 stars.
