Venus Packaging says its range of products, which will be on display at PrintEX15 in May, can help make any printing business ‘more efficient and profitable’.
Wayne Shearer, marketing manager of Venus Packaging, says the company has been a ‘leader in heat sealers for many years’, and ‘no-one else’ in Australia has such a wide range of packaging supplies and machines for printers.
He says the ‘shrink packaging section’ on its stand at PrintEx15 will include ‘everything from the economical, benchtop Shrink-a-Pack and VH400LIB L-bar sealer, and the latest VenusUni hooded shrink systems to the all-in-one VS4055 L-bar sealer/shrink tunnel combo’.
Shearer says, “Printex visitors can try out everything from the tabletop, scissor style VHIB bag heat sealers to the pedestal style, foot operated VHIF for PE and PP bags and the VH881 benchtop band sealers. We will also be demonstrating the Magneta Motor heat sealer with its pedal activated, motorised sealing jaws and the Venus Mailbagger for bagging and sealing magazines and brochures.
“Every printer should have a method of attaching easily removable free samples and bonus offers to brochures and magazines, so we expect a lot of interest in our benchtop peelable adhesive dispenser – the VH8200.
“In the strapping area we will have something to suit all sized printing businesses including the VH360PF benchtop banding machine that can use both film and paper strapping for bundling labels and bank notes. Visitors will also see other Venhart strappers in action, including the VHPE10DS console – popular for its compact size and low price tag, the low profile VHPE10DL for high cartons – and the larger, faster VHAE2D arch model.”
He says in the carton sealer section the company will demonstrate the Venhart VH209TBA MkIII with top and bottom tape heads, and the low profile Venhart VH209AL MkIII carton sealer for taping cartons as low as 75mm high.
Shearer says, “We will also have a variety of warehouse equipment including the VH400 pallet stacker, the VH59WA pallet jack with weighing scale and a range of trolleys, hand carts, Venhart packaging tapes and dispensers, Venhart rubber bands and the latest Vencutter snap blade utility knives.
“We will even have a Venus pallet wrapper in action, too – the M1580 – a tried and true conventional machine that is very affordable, reliable and ideally suited to printers.”
